Looks like neocons are going to get their "civil war" after all.
"An explosion has ripped through a Shia Muslim mosque in the southern Pakistani city of Karachi, killing at least 16 people and injuring 38" Although this happened in Pakistan (some say in retaliation for the killing of the Sunni cleric the other day...although we don't really know who is responsible for that)it is a classic 'destablization ops' that can easily spill over into Iraq. Watch the news in the coming days. I expect to see more of this. If the leading clerics were smart they would unite and claim no responsibility for any of this.

2. Yeah, everybody's SO much safer now.
No amount of money is going to keep Musharraf alive now.
Or Karzai for that matter.

:scared:

3. Why does it have to be "destabilization ops"?
There is enough internecine strife going on in the Muslim world to easily account for this - there's no need to put a tinfoil hat on.

4. I think that bush has unleashed
a dark energy force that will likely kill thousands more people before November. It gets difficult to watch the news, and see the "another 2 Americans killed today..." and the terrible amounts of suffering and death this administration has caused. I recognize that this has been a "problemed area" for a long time .... but America CAN play a positive role. I've seen Carter and Clinton make positive contributions. But I've never seen anyone add more negative energy than bush.
