Technical question about the Policy Analysis Market
http://www.policyanalysismarket.org/

If one goes to this site, a blank screen appears. Normally, if a website doesn't exist (has been closed down, for example), one gets an error message.

To those of you with more knowledge of website design, does this mean the Policy Analysis Market website still exists, just without content? If so, why do you think that is?

1. Valid Domain, Just No Code?
The address is probably still valid, there's just not any code in it any longer.

Although the idea originated from DARPA, it was a joint venture with two (I believe there were two) private companies. So even if DARPA canned the project, the domain name may be owned by one of the companies and still be valid.
