Study of Bush's Psyche Touches a Nerve

A study funded by the US government has concluded that conservatism can be explained psychologically as a set of neuroses rooted in "fear and aggression, dogmatism and the intolerance of ambiguity".

As if that was not enough to get Republican blood boiling, the report's four authors linked Hitler, Mussolini, Ronald Reagan and the rightwing talkshow host, Rush Limbaugh, arguing they all suffered from the same affliction.

1. Nah, Bush is being protected

....because his years of hard drinking have left him severely damaged.

Any whisper of dissent that reached the inner sanctum of his private apartment at the WH would leave him so wracked with doubt that he would be unable to feed himself.

2. Not drinking

Other stuff too. His slowness of thought, verbal stumbling and inability to express himself look like someone who has done way too many illegal drugs for many years.

Like Ozzie Osbourne, except Ozzie has no pretensions to be a leader of the Free World, and is basically seems to be a nice guy despite being rather out of it.
