White House cooking Jobs creation book?
Seems funny that the same day 248,000 jobs were supposedly created Bush just happened to have a new ad airing about the 1.4 jobs created this year. Remember a few years ago when they just happened to come up with a new way of calculating the unemployment numbers which immediately took the unemployment rate from 6.0 to 5.8. I smell something fishy.

5. You got that right:

http://www.nypost.com/business/22197.htm

"When the government announced that 288,000 jobs were created this past April, for instance, that figure included a whopping 270,000 jobs that the Labor Department estimated — but couldn't prove — had been created by new companies.

3. The numbers are meaningless without a context of where they come from.
Do they even have to prove what states the jobs are in?

If a company "creates" 1000 jobs in India, how does that help the US economy? How many American citizens does that help?

Is McDonalds considered a "manufacturing" job? They DO manufacture fast food, right?
