Since the California Coup (recall) was started 6 WEEKS after the election
Another recall movement should start 6 minutes after Chimpy's pal Ah-nulled is elected! There will easily be a million outraged Californians once this coup is completed - people you could round up in grocery store parking lots!! This can go on endlessly! WTF could Davis have done 6 WEEKS into his term? It may as well have been 6 days or 6 minutes!

Overturning an election! Overturning American democracy! That's the goal of the Rove Political War machine! Could it be any more obvious that the Cheap Labor Party is now engineering coups across the country?! I say we get the recall Ah-nulled literature prepared now!!!!!!! "Ah-nulled is nice, he's not a real conservative, you know, he'll restore dignity to the office...he's a nice guy, plenty of money...well, he's...what you could call a COMPASSIONATE conservative!!" Gee - now where have we heard a bullshit pitch like that before??

1. Knock yourself out
I'm all for it. Eventually people will get tired of recalls and it will no longer be possible to gather enough signatures. Or the Constitution will be changed.

5. I usually vote for the high road...
but this virtual coup has disgusted me enough that I say "why not?" The vast majority of registered voters in CA have to knocked over the head by the fact that this silly aberration of state election law can be used over and over again as tit-for-tat by the two parties. Change the recall law (or at least install a definitive standard of malfeasance to trigger a recall and/or a higher % of voters signing petitions for it to qualify) and we may never see this nightmare repeated.
