It's an sophomoric copy of the offical anti-recall group, Californians Against the Costly Recall, located at http://www.no-recall.com

The parody is at http://www.nodavisrecall.com

I found the contact email through whois. It's info@nodavisrecall.com

I'm gonna send these fools a nice slam-gram!
