Did B**h seem medicated more than normal during his "rolling blackout" speech?

3. No more than usual
When he's really medicated he speaks really , really slowly with long......................pauses. Today was just normal incoherence. He was redder than usual, though--sunburn or alcohol?

its not medication. HE IS JUST THAT STUPID AND BRAIN ADDLED.
and THIS is the man the reTARDicans lifted up to be our exhaulted leader. THIS IS WHAT they thought would get us to vote for THEM. THIS IS the man THEY wanted.
