We have nothing to Fear, but Fear itself
Does this now take on a prophetic meaning?

It seems that fear is the one thing doing us in.

Fear has undone the victory we scored over totalitarians in WWII.

In the end we were not being toppled by a foreign invader, but by corruption from within, by sweet sounding lies.

America has changed. We are no longer the land of the brave and home of the free. We have become the land of the cowards who will believe and following anything, because we are too afraid to accept the obvious, to comfortable taking the easy , convenient way out, rather than standing up and fighting for our values.

Corporate power, corporate greed has lulled us to sleep and slowly made us relinquish the American Dream. We now exist without hope. Not much to look forward to in a crooked game.
