The Service to America Symposium earlier in the day features The Honorable Howard Dean, former Governor of Vermont and former Democratic presidential hopeful and Dee Dee Myers, former presidential press secretary. David Gregory, White House NBC News Correspondent will provide the Luncheon Keynote Address.

WASHINGTON, DC - Former Democratic presidential hopeful Howard Dean will be among the luminaries participating in the NAB Education Foundation's sixth annual Service to America Summit June 14 in Washington, DC. Dean, whose innovative use of the Internet changed the way political campaigns appeal to voters, will be among a star-studded panel that will analyze campaign activities in a session called "Debating the Debate."

Dean will be joined by former Clinton White House press secretary Dee Dee Myers, Hearst-Argyle Television Vice President/News Candy Altman, and WTOP-AM Washington Vice President/News and Programming Jim Farley in a candid discussion on broadcasters' efforts during the election year. 1. Doesn't C-Span usually cover the NAB events?
Or am I mistaken? I hear Dean was quite outspoken....again.

2. I would think c-span would be there!
I'd like to hear what David Gregory has to say too. Probably nothing too controversial even though bush made some snide reference to his ability to speak French at one point in France.

3. Gregory has been pretty outspoken at times.
I remember that remark Bush made. It was so awful.
