4. At this point, I think it will HURT Bush to cart him out

It's been SO long and I think it will raise questions of WHY it took over 1,000 days to capture a guy you PLEDGED TO GET years ago.

They pulled almost ALL the troops from Afghanistan to fight an unnecessary war in Iraq.

I think Rove is playing with fire on this one.

5. Kick....Bin Laden WILL be an issue one way or another

Either they will cart him out or not.

But Bush's words, from 3 years ago, SHOULD and MUST be held against him, IMO.
