Andrew Napolitano on Jeri Ryan: "It's her fault...

...and the fault of her attorneys."

Napolitano, Fox News' "Senior Judicial Analyst," said this in response to Bill O'Reilly's question on tonight's "O'Reilly Factor" about the Ryans' 9-year old daughter and what she will endure from other kids when the details of the case are public. Naplolitano said "She knew what was in those records...it's her fault, and the fault of her attorneys."

11. Yeah, O'Lielly the law expert seemed a little surprised at that.

A couple of paraphrases from the segment:

She goes in with the heavy hammer

blast him hope they settle.

Any politician who is runinng for public office has accusations against him, is finished.

Everything they've done will come back to them, even stuff they haven't done.

He's clearly one sided on this, but that's no surprise. If Jack Ryan was a Dem, would be a completley different spin on this.

When O'Reilly (with the help of Court TV) revealed details of a confidential settlement relating to Michael Jackson - this was portrayed as hard-hitting journalism.

When the Chicago press revealed information in public documents it was labeled by O'Reilly as "sleazy media."
