A real spinmeister on CSPAN's WJ now
Rep. Joe Wilson (R-South Carolina) not only is breaking Dubya's and Condi's record for calling Saddam Hussein "evil" but he has also coined a new term for torture: "vigorous interrogation". This guy is unbelievable. He's beyond Cheney for distortion and fear-mongering. I always hear "tell me lies, tell me sweet, little lies" when these guys speak. Also, callers have a nasty racist streak this morning. We've now got another caller stating that Islam calls for the beheading of all white men. Is this what the evangelical preachers are spouting to their flocks? Oh, Wilson said evil again. Are you brain-washed yet?

1. Not "robust discussion?"
That was the phrase Ashcroft kept using in front of the Congressional panel.

2. What a LOAD.. We are subjected to forty five MINUTES OF RIGHTWING CRAP
and look at what follows.. Is there a DEM congresscritter to REFUTE this idiot??? NOPE...

"we" get North Korea and the space program..

and probably later on we will have a "fine presentation" from AEI or Heritage or some other rightwing organization.. I am beginning to loathe c-span.. I used to think they made an effort at "fairness", but no more..It's blatantly obvious that on "policy" they always prefer the republican point of view...

Now they referred to the AP lawsuit for Bush's records...as a "conspiracy".. :grr:

4. On C-span
I have always felt that this program is allowed to be in our lives, because it is a way to pick our brains. I don't trust the media. The media is being used to manipulate us. ( lesser people)
