I think Josh Marshall's scoop is Plamegate-related
I believe he knew Bush wasn't going to be questioned until this week, and the investigation couldn't be wrapped up and indictments brought before that, so he could take a break before the story hit.

3. Nope, if he wasn't implicated,
he wouldn't be questioned. Question is, will he be named as an unindicted co-conspirator.

4. He was not called before the Grand Jury, he was questioned...
by the lead investigator so it in no way says he wasn't implicated, it could actually lead one to believe the opposite.
