Gallup poll RV Kerry 49-45 Adults Kerry 48-46 LV Bush 48-47

Damn I will take that from a Gallup poll. Real bad news for Bush on the war in Iraq. Kerry now has higher approval rating than Bush 58-53. Thought I think both of these numbers are rather high, then again Gallup numbers usually are.

1. I wonder...
How can Kerry's approval rating be 58%, if at the same time 44% say there is no chance whatsover they'll vote for him? So, there are 2% who _approve_ of Kerry but wouldn't vote for him no matter what???

2. That Likely Voter Category is UTTER BULLSHIT!
It needs to be said...When did polls start adding the "Likely Voter" category? It seems like a category they added in order to give Bush positive numbers...

3. How exactly do they determine "likely voters"?
Isn't that a bullshit, rather subjective category to be placed in a scientific poll?
