Has the recall Chimpy thing got going yet?

I saw a fairly recent post about trying to organize a Bu*h recall (like in California). Has anything been done about it yet? If so, can someone tell me what website it's at. If not, why hasn't anthing been done! Is DU so disorganized that by the time the recall is started W will be out of office?!:crazy:

Here we go again.

There is no provision in the Constitution for recalling the President (though some of the Progressives of the early 20th century favored such a measure), so it would be time and money wasted on nothing more than a symbolic effort when resources could be used to get this clown out of office in the regularly scheduled election next year.
