Michael Savage Returns To N.Y.C. Airwaves

The Talk Radio Network-syndicated host joins the lineup at Buckley Broadcasting flagship WOR/New York tonight. Savage will air live from 8-10pm in the slot most recently occupied by longtime WOR financial talkers Ken and Daria Dolan, who still air nationally on the WOR Radio Network but will no longer be heard locally in New York. Savage has been off the air in the Big Apple since last June, when WABC dropped his program following a contract dispute.

It's All Savage, All Night At WTNT

In more Michael Savage news, WTNT/Washington moves Savage Nation up from its current delayed 10pm-1am broadcast to a live clearance from 7-10pm. Savage replaces Laura Ingraham in the earlier time slot; she'll begin hosting a new daytime show via Oregon-based Talk Radio Network next month. The station will also replay Savage's daily show from 10pm-1am nightly, giving the TRN-syndicated host six hours of airtime nightly on the Clear Channel DC talker.
