Things are BIGGER in Texas
Edited on Tue Aug-19-03 07:25 PM by Beetwasher
Since the Chimp (claiming he's from TX) and his cabal stole the presidency, we've had:

The biggest job losses in history
The biggest terrorist attack on American soil in history
The biggest bankruptcies in history
The biggest federal debt in history, done in two years from the biggest surplus
The biggest blackout in history
The biggest attack on the UN in history

What else did I miss?

Note: This is NOT a slam TX thread. It's an official Bash Bush thread.

1. Their history is wonderful too
Edited on Tue Aug-19-03 07:34 PM by moderateindependent
check out the article www.moderateindependent.com/v1i9texasstuff.htm - it gives a run down on how wonderful Texas' contributions to our history have been, such as giving us the Alamo, killing JFK, giving us Vietnam, and of course, W. and really gets to the point - wouldn't we be better off without this state?

3. Oy, didn't mean this to be a slam TX thread
Please don't make it that. Just using it as a rhetorical device in the headline...

5. biggest attacks on democracy and voting rights
biggest attacks on civil rights
biggest attacks on democracy and voting rights
biggest losses in pension value

Just a few more I could think of. I'm from TX so slam away. Tom DeLay is reason enough for this state to be so f**ked up.
