High Gas Prices
Well we all know the the recent high price of gas is corporate greed and the freepers trying to scare the American public into passing the right wing energy bill before Congress. I say send a message to Corporate America---I just E-MAILED Saturn of America, where I bought my last car, that with the recent rise in the price of gas my family and I have done a re-evaluation of our lifestyle and have decided not to by a new car from them or anybody else. We wished them the best but would no longer be their customer. If enough of use send a message to the American automobile manufactures that will scare the hell out of corporate America!

1. Buy a Honda
or a Toyota or a Nissan or a Subaru. Send a message, get a reliable car and save gas and money.

3. Get ready for the coming peak oil crunch now
and stop blaming the gas companies, Enron executives, the gas station attendant, the government, SUV drivers, the Saudis, the Iraqis, the Canadians, the military, your neighbour, the economists, etc., etc.

Oil depletion just IS. Deal with it. Start walking. Buy a scooter. Better still, buy a bike. Get the hell out of suburbia while you can still find a buyer for your house.

Stop feeling entitled to cheap energy. Stop feeling entitled to energy at any price. This is going to be a new world. The sooner we all face it and deal with it the better off we'll be.

(end of rant)

4. Haha..
My Kawasaki motorbike (a KLR 650) gets about 50 miles to a gallon. And it's incredibly fun to ride to class and work. :)

5. Yeah, well..
Until some moron pulls out in front of you and you leave a 50 yard stain on the pavement. Sorry to be so blunt, but I drive for a living and I see what people pull out there every second of every day. be careful and drive defensively, but even that doesn't guarantee your safety.
