dead Canadian aid worker (Gillian Clark) slammed US Iraq policy

I heard this on CBC last night -- apparently she was interviewed before the Baghdad explosion.

"Earlier in the week, she was blunt in blaming the U.S. military for
worsening the situation by ignoring international standards for the detention and treatment of children.

"They should be held accountable to the international standards," Clark told New York newspaper Newsday on Monday, the day before she died.

"They're making up their own rules as they arrest people."
