A few days last May....Enron and CA power crisis....no articles since?
I did a search on "death star" and enron. If you use "get shorty" or "fat boy" and other combinations, you get others.

It really hit me that all of this stuff I found was in May last year. Since that one cycle of news, I have seen it briefly here, but nowhere else. Why?

Has it been hushed that thoroughly? I know it has not been disproven. Can someone else find newer ones? This is so curious. Just May of 2002. Here are the links I found:

1. A kick, doggone it. Is this why many in CA blame Davis for it?
Has it not been in the news lately there? Just talked to a nice lady at the TX Democratic party, and she said the Houston Chronicle had some stuff lately.

It did not show up on my search at google. Need to change search terms.

It blew my mind when my uncle this week put it all on Davis. Maybe this is why.

2. FERC has and is continuing to investigate Enron's CA actions
Since May 2002 there have been one or more FERC reports on the bag of tricks Enron used to game the California power market.

The current focus at FERC is to determine widespread the use of such tactics was by other market participants (Dynegy, Duke Williams............LADWP, City of Gendale......etc., etc.).

3. I did find an article or two at the LA Times
They did not actually point out much Enron did, one mentioned the arrest in June of one of the managers. (Forner?)

Some of us had been trying to figure why so many there in CA totally held Gray Davis responsible. I finally told my uncle to use his own search terms, do his own research. He had never heard of Enron involvement.

That blows my mind.
