Lou Dobbs won't have Wesley Clark on his show
Retired Gen. Wesley Clark may still be a CNN analyst while he contemplates a run at the White House, but there's one network show he has been barred from: "Lou Dobbs Tonight." The reason? Dobbs believes that when Clark came on his show during the Iraq war and teed off on the Pentagon blueprint, the possible Democratic candidate was pushing his personal political agenda, not providing straight military analysis.

Gee maybe Lou should be on the Fair and Balanced Network. Did you see Clark on Hannity and Colmes? The good General makes bully boy Hannity look silly.

2. If Lou Dobbs were being honest...
he would: 1: Give a commentary about his feeling on General Clark's "dishonesty". He has little problem doing it on other issues!

2: Have Clark on and ask him about the concern he (Dobbs) has.

Lou Dobbs has lost any credibility he may have once had and he lost that before this Clark stuff.

3. Dobbs finally woke up?
What took him so long to figure out Clark is the quintessence of an opportunist?

7. Care to elaborate on that...
I happen to think Clark represents the best chance Dems have of taking back the White House. He's charismatic, articulate, well-spoken, well-repected by both parties, highly educated (Number 1 in his class at West Point, Rhodes Scholar and Oxford), right on the money on the issues and most of all doesn't come with the voting baggage that everyone else does. What's not to like, and where is the opportunism?

10. well
back when I was in the military serving under Clark's command, there was the pattern of opportunism that most of us were aware of. His celebrity "analysis" on CNN during the war epitomized what many people have know for a long time. It has nothing to do with his chances of being President because the past 3 or 4 Presidents have also been typical egomaniacs.

11. Sorry, but I happen to think his analysis of the war is right on the money
Sure, he has an ego, they all do, but I still don't see where the opportunism is. Out of this field of candidates, he's most qualified.

5. Is that Dobbs aka admitted bush-freak?
Dobbs has proudly admitted on two occassions that he is a repub. Asking a question of Clark and receiving an answer you don't like, having a snit about it, priceless.

12. He's just afraid.
Like the rest of um, he's afraid that Clark would skewer him. I've seen most every Dem cannidate so far get badgered in at least one interview, except Clark (assuming he runs).

Thats a strength in my mind.
