Judge Chin inquires if “Bush and Cheney affiliated with Fox News…?”

Franken wins case. "There are hard cases and there are easy cases," the judge said Friday in a Manhattan courtroom. "This is an easy case. This case is wholly without merit, both factually and legally” said Judge Denny Chin

Judge Chin also mused that was strange that a news organization would be trying to limit free speech.

6. The judge's ruling was even harsher than your characterization of it.

In his ruling on the Franken case, Judge Chin remarked that "it is ironic that a media company, which should be protecting the First Amendment, is seeking to undermine it."

Faux News seeking to undermine free speech? Knock me over with a feather!

Chalk one up for the good guys!
