Police, not judge Limbaugh, OK St. Louis escape from "free-speech zone"
I reported this wrong on my first ever post, thanks to incorrect local news reporting. Don't I feel like a fool.

http://www.stltoday.com/stltoday/news/stories.nsf/News/EBCC6BEF4896F46286256D8F001901BE?OpenDocument&Headline=Protesters+get+an+earful+from+conventioneer

Then the local rag buries the story within a ridiculously headlined page 10 account. (Link above if it works, otherwise try stltoday.com)

The judge (limbaugh's uncle?cousin?; I think his uncle the judge just retired so it may be his cousin the judge, either way, bad gene pool) refused to grant a restraining order against the "free-speech zone" that was sought by the ACLU of Eastern Missouri.

Local police, to their credit, were the ones who allowed the protests at the fundraiser.

1. Kudos to the police, AND to the Secret Service.

(Think someone slapped their butts when they tore down that "pink slip.")
Glad to see the unions out there for ordinary people.

I hope the judge is an elected judge. Would like to see a "pink slip" for him!!

And WELCOME TO DU,SLB.:bounce: :bounce:
Don't sweat the small stuff.

2. Stephen Limbaugh is a neanderthal thug
And Rush flunked out of Southeast Missouri State his frosh year and never went back. A boil on his ass (which developed because he couldn't reach to wipe) saved him from Vietnam.

3. "Wars are the only reason
that Americans have the privileges they have today"? Really? With all due respect to Delfo Barbani who is quoted as saying that in the linked article, I think there are a few other reasons, such as the Constitution itself. Okay, so the Revolutionary War got the whole thing started, and I am truly grateful to all the men and women who served in WWII. But none of the military actions taken by our country since Sept 11, 2001 have in any way improved my freedom, liberty, or privileges.
