Other countries have their own construction companies, so
why don't they bid on rebuilding Iraq rather than giving their money automatically to the US, who will only turn it over to Halliburton or Bechtal?

Can anyone explain that to me?

Other countries need to give the finger to the Bushies and say, "Slide the hell over. We're getting in on this rebuilding ourselves, and we can do it more cheaply than you weasely @ssholes."

was. The whole deal was just handed to Halliburton.

2. Because the US government pressures the other countries to accept Bechtel
Such as in my country, where Bechtel administers our biggest international airport. They have been sucking money and have invested far less than what the contract said.
