I remember reading a copy of the actual legal brief somewhere but now I can't find it.

1. Ugh...

I did a huge search and couldn't find the decision itself. I did, however, find a copy of the original complaint, which is quite funny in of itself:

(It is pdf so you need to have Acrobat Reader)
