Joy-- Dennis Miller filling in today HANNITY RADIO
Found while forcing myself to scan the Free Republic forums. (I think I need to take a shower now.)

No link. Just posted as an FYI for those of you who have the intestinal fortitude and interest to listen to what the poor sod has to say today. Myself, I think I'll give it a pass...

Seen him in action lately? He's looking older by the day...

3. Heard him this AM on the Paul W. Smith show out of
760AM Detroit. (I'm in Cleveland. Ohio. AM radio is bad enough here that a two non-freepin' local stations aren't heard as well as one semi-freep out of Detroit).

He said that he tries to blend his politics with humor (wish he would insert the humor; it's getting pretty bad) as opposed to becoming Mort Sahl (sp?).

Later he said that his turning point was watching the T-ball event at the White House and realizing that "this president" was able to make him proud of the office once again.

Until I was preparing this missive, I didn't realize that he was making a joke there. Paul W. Smith thought he was serious. He sounded serious. Most of the freepin' country probably thought he was serious.

Oh, well, like a famous bank robber said about why he robbed banks, Dennis Miller apparently agrees with the idea - "Because that's where the money is!"
