She said it today, that she wasn't suppose to talk about it on air. Why? I missed the majority of the show and don't know the answer.

1. I heard that too
Don't know any more about it than you do. I usually only hear the first two hours of her show at work.

3. I bet it has to do with
the mainstream media preventing their journalists and reporters from touching anything having to do with the recount in Ohio.

Maybe she said she wasn't supposed to talk about it because she recieved a threatening letter from one of the big media corps?

threating phone call I got yesterday after I had called a bunch of congress people and the main stream media about covering the New Freedom commisssion.

After she said that today I also wanted to call her and ask about that too.

However every time I call the 1800 # listed at air america radio the phone just rings forever.

WTF?

7. I found this on the New Freedom Commission
and why they are so quite about it:

"A nationwide initiative has been quietly in the making since 2002. Conceived in Texas, apparently with President George W. Bush’s enthusiastic blessing, there are now some 27 sites around the country piloting various parts of it. Nationally, however, the proposed legislation earned barely a blip on the radar screen – the project is so hush-hush that two officials were sacked for speaking to the press about it – until mid-July, when the House Appropriations Committee approved $20 million in new federal monies to begin nationwide implementation."

6. Perhaps they don't want her to inadvertantly reveal any strategy
that seems like the best explanation to me.

9. I don't know. I think it might have more to do with the fact that she
simultaneously works for Clear Channel.

10. I doubt anyone's shutting her up- the last time she couldn't talk
it was because she knew Bev was going down to Florida and trying to get her hands on voting material and she didn't want to publicize any advance info because it would have interfered with Bev's effort. When it was done she explained that that was what she'd wanted to talk about before but couldn't. It has to be something along those lines-- she's not one to bend over like the MSM or be intimidated. She's been sued before. She's not afraid of it.

11. Randi and Voter Fraud
This is what I heard her say today. It was between the 3:00-4:30PM time frame.

She said not that much was happening with the Ohio recount right now, and there wasn't a lot of news to report. She said you cannot have a recount until the vote is certified, and the Ohio vote doesn't get certified until December 6. So she said until then, there isn't much to say.

She did also mention John Kerry joining the recount effort.
