That was Rumsfeld's answer to a worried soldier's question:"Why do we soldiers have to dig through local landfills for pieces of scrap metal and compromised ballistic glass to up armor our vehicles?"

...then why do we even have armor at all? Fucking moron. Who cares if the vehicle becomes inoperable, IT'S THE LIVES OF THE SOLDIERS IT PROTECTS!

3. Rumsfeld is a pud

Along with his idiot boss. This type of response will not ingratiate the administration to the ones who have to do the fighting and dying. Now that butt head Bush has won the election, he could care lessabout what is going on as far as the combat soldier is concerned. All they are is a photo op for his propaganda. I would not follow this administration throught the check out line a WalMart, much less in to combat.
