chooseblue and progressive pages are nice, but
what I want is something along the lines of a directory that I can take with me to the store! Example: Standing in the makeup aisle, should I choose Covergirl or Revlon? Shoot, forgot to look it up at home before I came grocery shopping.

Perhaps when these pages reach capacity and have listings of most everyone, we can get something like this, with updates coming out annually, such as the phone book does.

1. I too like this idea.
I guess these pages could be exportable to a PDA- and then you could carry the info everywhere.

3. Bluechalking
How about if people used blue chalk to mark the sidewalks in front of Dem stores, and red chalk to mark the Repug stores?

Or put little red or blue stickers on storefronts?

6. How about we just make Repugs wear little red
stars sewn to the outside of their clothing. Wait, their in power so maybe they can make us where little blue stars on our clothes.

This us vs them is very dangerous and silly. If you think you can hurt them without hurting us you are not thinking clearly.

4. yes, I agree totally
Back during the Sinclair Broadcast protest, I was so offended by General Mills that I made up a little index card and pasted a list of their products on it. Whenever I was in the grocery store and unsure of purchasing a product that might be theirs, I could consult my card. It worked very well and it didn't take but two or three looks at the card until I was completely versant in all their products.

Maybe these Web sites should make such layouts available for people in a .doc file or even a text file. If they asked for volunteers to do it, I'm sure people would be happy to help with the work; I know I would.

5. Great idea! But I bet an awful lot of these are owned by same megacorps..
Still, it would be worthwhile to try this.
