1. won't be raised

might get a few "terra-terra-terra" stories from the press-puppies

but the terra-lert won't be raised "officially" until the bushies* are ready to invade Iran or Syria

They'll need that "issue" for the 2006 midterm (s)elections

right now they are concentrating on scaring the beejeezus out of us over Social Security -- unless they can spin the story to read "they hates our social security"

2. They got everything they wanted now. My guess is that they will raise

it again when it's time for the "doomsday plan":

"Congress passes `doomsday' plan - the U.S. House has passed a controversial doomsday provision that would allow a handful of lawmakers to run Congress if a terrorist attack or major disaster killed or incapacitated large numbers of congressmen."

Until then they hardly need it. All important laws are in place...
