Bystander (slow to aid tsunami victims)
Feeble (as of today, with respect to deficit efforts)

At this rate, he'll have almost a hundred by the end of this year.

Unless I'm completely misreading this, Social Security "reform" is losing steam fast. Fool me once...

The scary thing is that probably the only thing that will "save" the 2nd Bush term will be another 9/11 - ack.
