fcc launches investigation into armstrong payments
Of course, its a late Friday dump and to further obfuscate things, the announcement from the FCC essentially equates the Armstrong situation with allegations of pay-for-play payola made against the DJ of an upstate NY radio station. Really!

Since the FCC is wholly owned by BushCo. We need an independent prosecutor.
