5. Here's the quote and link to the story
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A12450-2005Jan15.html

"President Bush said the public's decision to reelect him was a ratification of his approach toward Iraq and that there was no reason to hold any administration officials accountable for mistakes or misjudgments in prewar planning or managing the violent aftermath. ...
"We had an accountability moment, and that's called the 2004 elections,"

6. Excellent point and great argument
bush* is a drunk (perhaps a dry one, perhaps not so dry) and will always resort to the drunk's habit of blaming others for his behavior and the results from it. He can't admit mistakes and won't ever accept consequences. The buck always stops somewhere else.

About a third to nearly half of the nation needs to go to Al-Anon or CODA meetings. A drunk only gets away with his shit when others allow it.

And a drunk is more than happy to spend baby food and rent $$ to impress his pals. What is the national debt now? How much debt is each child in America saddled with as soon as it is born? That's a lotta food and rent $ going down a rat hole.

11. Yes-- I just wish everybody could see that article to understand what *'s
re-election means and how Bush feels about it. .

I have to think *'s approval rating is just going to go down down down from here on out.

15. We are a nation of codependent enablers. We are in a relationship
with a drunk and an abuser. The only way to save ourselves is to get out of this toxic relationship and begin to repair our national psyche. One of the first steps is taking responsibility for our actions. And unfortunately, the damage that bush* and his neocons have done to the world, the United States and our worldwide credibility is our problem, because we aided and abetted a madman.

Americans have absolutely no idea how bad things really are. Far more people, Americans and Iraqis, have been killed and wounded than our government is admitting. Even though citizens in the United States are DELIBERATELY spoon-fed information about Iraq, the entire world is watching real information in real time. The entire world is amazed at the incompetence. The Muslim world is understandably livid with the entire Iraq misadventure. bush* and the neocons have created the worst possible scenario in the worst possible place on the planet at the worst possible time.
