Did anyone watch the circus parade on CNN this morning?

Did anyone watch the circus parade on CNN this morning?
One of the reporters was talking about how the entire world was watching the events, "Europe, our so called allies". I was horrified. If I hadn't been at work I would have called CNN and raised Hell! It was entirely out of line and in my opinion, she should apologize on the air.

My husband, a journalist says he hopes she gets fired. Her personal opinion has no business being in the news.

1. If she had said
"Europe, whose currencies are getting stronger everyday against the US dollar" or "Europe, whose sons and daughters are not getting blown up in shocking numbers in Iraq", she would have been fired on the spot.

I think "Jingoism 201" is a mandatory course in college journalism programs today.

2. I watched CSPAN
Better camera angles, NO COMMENTS FROM IDIOTS, and the simple, sweet sounds of protesters on the procession to the reviewing stand. Gotta hand it to CSPAN, they know when to keep their mouths shut and just show us what is happening.

The bush lovin' City Clerk has the tv in her office - I'm a hostage to what she watches.
