Great legal question?

There is another thread concerning the right of woman to topless sunbath in california and not have it a crime.http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=102x1173413

Ok...Try this... what about a woman that has had Breast Cancer and had a bi-lateral mastectomy....Can she legally sunbath topless? She has no Breasts so she is not exposing herself? Are we discriminating against woman's freedon or the exposure of the breast. Heck I have seen men with bigger breasts than some woman

If women go "topless" on beaches, then it should be required of all men who use the beach to go "bottomless". That is only fair....but since that will not happen...darn, then sure..women should be allowed go topless, if they want! Why not? For those who are offended, then there could be a portion of the beach..where both men and woman must wear both tops and bottoms...only fair!

4. Ha! I was just joking..hahahaha!

It is just what i always say to my husband whenever we go to the beaches where i live in Mexico...where women do go topless..hehe! Not the mexican women...they would never...never...do that..ha! Just the tourists go topless....and then, just the young tourists. I really dont care one way or the other..topless, bottomless..totally nude...but, i dont think most areas in the usa are ready for topless on public beaches.

It would be interesting to see what would happen if a breast cancer survivor went topless on a beach with a male friend with fat breasts.

Well I have a problem. And my "great legal question" is: - Can I sue?

You see, my youngest daughter's name is the same as the birth control pill that just arrived in Canada from the U.S. where it has been sold under the same name, Yasmin, for awhile now.

It depends on the text of law.

Is it forbidden to go topless?
Is it forbidden to show breasts?
Is it offending to show breasts?
(In that case some fat boy have to hide their breasts also.)

Has anybody a link to e.g. the Californian regulation?
