1. I think the Religious Reich takes the GOP for granted
They assume that the GOP is going to push their agenda. Prayer in school and ten commandments on ever street corner. Ending legalized abortion...
They still have not figured out that the GOP is simply playing them.

2. Anyone who thinks there isn't prayer in school, has never been around
a bunch of kids before they take a test for which they haven't studied.

ignored, but also being slighted in appointments.

I've talked to many of my religious friends commenting look at what Bush's wealthy contributors got (lowered taxes, less regulation almost immediately) and look at what the religious right got (A few zealous judges who are pro-business as well as pro-religion and they haven't been confirmed).

Have some friends in that movement. They tried to convince that Bush was a moral man. I fell out of my chair laughing.
