Poll question: Iraqis; helpless child? Or capable adult?

Are the Iraqis incapable of making their own decisions about their own country? Are they like a helpless abused child? Do they need a parent (us) to tell them what to do?

Or are they capable of deciding for themselves what they want for their own country?

What say the DUers?
