GOP lobbying group president admits he doesn't believe in Social Security

Stephen Moore: President of the Free Enterprise Fund, which lobbies for the GOP agenda, including Social Security privatization.

His quote:
"I'm with the majority of people my age who think it's more likely that we're going to see a flying saucer rather than a Social Security check in our lifetime."

Isn't he saying that he believes Social Security is a sure failure, that no one, including himself, will be able to count on it in their old age? And he professes that he's helping to fix it.

I find his quote very revealing.
