I noticed that Tomflocco was not accessable.

Why???

is REALLY pissed about the hoax story. He says that putting out a fake story like that in this environment is like a form of mental and emotional cruelty.

...strain believability beyond the breaking point.

The reference to Mena, Arkansas, had to tip off anyone, not to mention the statement that a Chicago Grand Jury handed down indictments. Fitzgerald is from Chicago but he's trying the evidence before a DC Grand Jury.

but when I saw it break in the AM, I knew it was BS....but really does this guy just want to throw himself on a sword, or does he always blow off steam like that?? No one will ever believe a word he says again, WTF..........?

5. I understand why one would be skeptical, but why is everyone

so sure that it is wrong or a hoax? Is it Tom Flocco that's not credible, or his source for the story or both? People were more open to Gannon/Gosch but there seemed to be little evidence for that story.

So is everyone SURE it's a hoax, pretty sure or waiting for another source?

I don't know what to think, but I was pissed that I couldn't get to his site to read the posts (with pro and con responses) to a friend.

8. Chicago grand juries don't hand down indictments for DC grand juries.

The Plame investigation is before a DC grand jury. The Flocco story appears to conflate investigations and juries, as if the Chicago jury has jurisdiction on the Plame matter.
