Just got push polled on Cal Indian Casinos
By a firm called GSSR. All sorts of questions suggesting that Indians and Indian casinos were ripping other taxpayers off by not carrying their fair share. Took about a half hour.

Anyway, the response that we should be using is that Republicans are once again scapegoating a small minority of people and lying about them rather than taking reponsibility to put a real plan forward.

1. California Resident?
If so, this was Arnold doing it. The Casinos are funding both McClintock, and Bustamonte.

3. Yet another amalgam ~

Like the FMMA word-smiths out of Los Angeles. Some two years ago I recall seeing some political samples from them. Their stuff was very hot-button oriented. Vieled modules that seem flat-line. My research associate, Ms Morehouse, says they are re-publicans. By the tac on their tread I tend to agree. Indians, illegal Mexicans in search of a drivers license, Chicanos, welfare folk; these are all re-publican wedge issues at their base...

5. They took about a half hour
and were definitely dumping on Indian casinos and card houses. The length of time suggests to me that it is different than your standard hit and smear push poll. They talked a lot about some up coming ballot propositions. It was definitely tracking the issues Arnold is now pushing, so I suspect it was paid for by them. The woman asking me questions was very friendly, said she had been doing it for more than a year, and during that time she switched from no party affiliation to strong democrat. A lot of people are rude to her, etc.
