Fascists in Utah (Video footage)
Don't know if this was already posted but a friend of mine just sent me this link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article9931.htm

"No one resisted. That's for sure. They had police dogs raiding the crowd of people and I saw a dog signal out a guy who obviously had some drugs on him. The soldiers attacked the guy (4 of them on 1), and kicked him a few times in the ribs and had their knees in his back and sides. As they were cuffing him, there was about 1000 kids trying to leave in the backdrop, peacefully. Next thing I know, A can of fucking TEAR GAS is launched into the crowd. People are running and screaming at this point. Girls are crying, guys are cussing... bad scene."

2. The video only gives you a glimpse of the brutal thuggery
on the part of the SWAT teams called out by Utah County Sheriff Jim Tracy, who has made busting raves part of his shtick.

It looks like the good taxpayers of Utah County are going to be paying out the ass for this once the lawsuits are filed. Good.

Another example of the drug laws being used as a tool to smash social movements the assholes don't like.

If it was legal, and there was an insurance policy, and there was a permit, and it was on PRIVATE PROPERTY, how the hell could they do anything? Man, Republicans these days are fucking sissy asses -- whatever happened to "live free or die?" Oh, that's right -- I think they said, "free to park your SUV at Best Buy." Because, consumerism (unless it's porn or drugs) is the only real freedom we have.

5. If I was arrested at that rave, let alone mauled by a dog, I'd be looking
at a lot of money and the demotion of the sheriff. The joke is these are probably all local kids.

6. it's state terrorism -- literally
Beat the kids up, gas them like Saddam/Iran/whoever gassed the Kurds, coat them in pepperspray, voila! They've been made an example of. Millions are now scared shitless to go to outdoor concerts.
