1. Hasn't Ashcroft already campaigned and raised money for Bush?
Another conflict..let alone the fact that if there were any real cooperation and concern, the WH would have acted 11 weeks ago. Giving them a head's up on preserving documents was also a bit of a conflict...since it essentially says..you have several days to destroy evidence.

I guess these corporate media whores ...didn't like what she had to say...Rove and Ashcroft also have buisness ties....besides from the FACT that Rove was Asshcroft's campaign manager during his LOSS to a dead man!


HUGE...."conflict of interest" issue!!!

6. this indicates a flaw in our checks and balances (or what's left of them).
We, the People should be able to call a special counsel to investigate the people we supposedly hired. I think this is bogus that Ashcroft can try and claim there is no conflict of interest here.

9.  WE THE PEOPLE should take some lessons from the stone throwers
i saw on the news in Bagdad who are fustrated because of unemployeement.......like let the man at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. know about our fustration........oh wait we tried that already
