Does McNabb really know who Limbaugh really is?

I think he has be oblivious to the bigot's history and what his radio show is really about. If so, he may of been more vocal in his news comments.


Should we send him a copy of Al Frankens book, "Rush Limbaugh is a Big Fat Idiot" so that he can read up on his critic?

Form everything I've heard he is definatly on the liberal side of the fence. Big Clinton supporter, if I remember correctly.

I think there coach is a really cool guy, I respect the team a lot. Republican or not, racism against their star QB will piss off anyone.

He did the right thing by not explicitly attacking Rush as a RW bigot, but questioned why he even mentioned race in the first place. He didn't want to get into a pissing contest with that idiot, and that was the right approach, IMO.

He definitely knows who Rush Limbaugh is. He's a gentleman athlete who stated in his press conference that it is not his job to determine if Rush is a racist or what should happen to him in terms of his ESPN gig. He in fact said that it is the job of "you guys," the reporters attending the news conference, to determine that.

McNabb took the high ground here, and I admire him for it.

"Again, everyone's entitled to their own opinion. They hired him, they obviously feel he can provide a little spark for them. Same reason with Dennis Miller on Monday night, for a spark. People get hired because of issues like that. I'm not going to sit there and try to battle him, or have a debate. I guess that's the way he feels, a lot of others have thought about it."

That's one of the reasons I admire him so much. (And for the record, I would trade Kerry Collins for him any day). He is a leader, he takes responsibility on the playing field, and he is not going to get in a war of words with that jerk Limbaugh.

In fact, I'll bet for McNabb that this is over, and now he's going to go out and prove himself on the football field. A scary thought, since the Eagles still have to play the Giants twice. :scared:

LIMBO's doing the victim thing, that they want to "humiliate" somebody by any means necessary. The caller is kissing him up, saying "it's all about politics." Meanwhile, brother David LIMBO is being slathered over by Wolf BLITZER on the "great debate" about how "Christians are being DISSED by the Elites." Said it was making quite a stir then they followed up by saying Rush says everyone is making a mountain out of a molehill. Well even a molehill is too much when it comes to racism. IMHO

He's been yammering on for more than 45 minutes. Now he's saying that it's the sports-writer ELITES tha have decided "to take issue and PUNISH" him. I didn't know "elites" extended even to SPORTS WRITERS, "political, established BY THE LEFT." Wow. We Libs are POWERFUL and as such, SCARY.
