"it is broadly known...that in at least a couple of these calls, Karl Rove made the allusion to Joe Wilson's wife. A question may be whether these phone calls came after Robert Novak put his piece out...

So KKKarl either shopped the story before calling Novak or tried to reinforce the story after the Novak piece. It was also revealed that only the foreign press dares speak up against Rove - everyone else is cowed.

5. Who told Karl ?

How did Karl come by secret information ?

He knew she was Wilsons' wife.
Knew she went under her maiden name.
Knew her department at the CIA.
Knew what her duties were.

What is his title? does it get him access to classified information? I would think Assman, Homeland Security, the head of NSC and others would like to know how this political operative has this detail of information.
