1. I just filled my tank today for $41.05
I almost said something to the bushbots next to me with their ribbons and flags all over their car. I bit my lips. :grr:

2. Looks like "benburch" called it.
I remember seeing a thread from him yesterday that he was filling his vehicle tanks in anticipation of exactly this.

3. I heard from 3 separate sources yesterday
(DU being one) that Tulsa would be going up by 30 cents, which would put us at $2.85. A bunch of us went out to fill up our vehicles, and I asked the attendant if the rumor was true. Some guy in line asked, "What rumor?" and an elderly man told him. The guy who didn't know said there was some sort of law that prevented stations from going up more than 10 cents a day to prevent gouging. I don't know if that's true.

Gas was higher by 10-11 cents this morning though.

4. It went up $0.15 at one station here...
between when I left for work yesterday at 2:30 in the afternoon, and when I came home at 12:30 in the morning. I'm not sure I want to think about what it'll be this weekend. :eyes:

BTW - Citgo was the only major oil company to request that reserves be released, from what I understand.

This administration will just line his pockets through his gas lobbiests with the trials and sufferings of the ameriacan people.

Another way for him to rape the american peopele.

6. And yet another lie to call the Chimperor on:
"American companies are putting patriotism over profit"

Bullshit on a stick.

10. Bu$h*t On A Stick!
Is there any more reason for a full scaled peoples revolution? Not only the gas prices but the half ass concern this cabal has for it's citizens in Louisiana and Alabama! Along with all their Faustian machinations. What more will it take, a nation wide power outage, so they can no longer watch tv or function their xboxes?!

8. You can bet that for the Labor Day weekend, the gouge will be **on**...
Historically, gas prices have always gone up over Labor Day weekend -- a last-chance "stab" at separating $$$$ from those who want to hit the road.

Look for it to soar in the next few days. :grr:
