I listen to Rush a few times a week and if that is what someone who is on huge amounts of pills sounds like then perhaps more people should be on them ; )

It doesn't add up anyway. The lady claims he was in de-tox twice. De-tox is usually 28 days of inpatient care. Locked up with little outside contact. I don't think Rush has been absent from his show for more than a week in the 10+ years that I've been listening.

I'm listening to him now, and he doesn't sound like someone who is afraid his drug problem has been discovered. He sounds like someone who plans to enjoy watching the ex-maid's story be demonstrated false.

It IS hard to believe someone who performs so well could be that doped up. (Sadly I think some of the allegations are likely true, though I suspect hugely exaggerated.)

Bit of a slow start with this speech, but he's warming to his subject now. Speaking passionately and spontaneously. Has audience laughing now.

This was reported on last year! The doctor overprescribed and Rush got addicted, the dose was reduced and eventually stopped. Now the same story is punched up and falsely says that there is a drug investigation.

I don't know much about detox programs, but has there been a period where he's been away from his show long enough to go through it?

installed. He was MIA for months. He came back 100 pounds lighter, so the rumor was that Pigboy had full body liposuction.

And couldn't find any reference or record of Limpballz going into any hospital when he was MIA.

It's actually his engineering staff that has carried his show.

Because he is speaking at a broadcasters convention in Philly...

They worship at the feet of el-limpballs. Im glad to see that rush's karma is finally coming around to bite him on his fat ass.
