This arrogance and fingerpointing is ludicrous! Why is there only a picture--not accompanying news story to rate into view-- about this?

4. Exchange Rate

I'm sure he doesn't give a flying flip what their currency looks like. China has acted to keep their currency artificially undervalued. Japan frequently does the same.
