6. Real quote

-Henry Kissinger- (and he ought to know!)

3. Notice the certainty: not "would be", but "will be"
This is as good as an admission that he already knows the "intelligence" is flawed. Too bad the administration fucking ignored the REAL intelligence when it didn't justify their warlust.

4. That's going to be the GOP spin for next year
It wasn't them. It was the intelligence community. And they acted on the basis of that intelligence. So it won't be Bush's fault. Damn - talk about willing to sell out the State Dept. and CIA. And that's what they're doing to Wilson. They're blaming the intelligence community.

I'm sure once the Bush presidential papers are unsealed, we'll see the contract where he sold his soul to the devil.

14. Except they set up their own special intelligence agency
They did not get the intelligence they wanted from regular sources so they established their own little intelligence agency which they relied totally upon. They are crooked as a dog's hind leg.

5. Isn't there a better word than "unfortunate"?
A tragedy? A disaster? An immense blunder?

8. He should have added "for me"
and the gang. NOW, that sounds better. Yes, it will be unfortunate for me and this administration. For sure.

10. No Mr Rumsfeld...it will be impeachable
Someone knew the evidence was flawed. Someone decided to use that flawed evidence anyway. Someone lied to the American public. Thousands have died because of that lie.

This is the legacy of the Bush presidency.

15. I love it
The man is actually pretending to be surprised, like they didn't know the intelligence was flawed from the get go. That man lies like a dog.

16. I'd be willing to bet
I'd be willing to bet my track (Keeneland, Churchill Downs) money that the CIA is going to bring this bunch down to the slobbering, begging position. They do not seem to care whom they are insulting. They have become so blatant.
