Pledge of Allegiance Case Status

The High Court did not grant review as expected Tues. Newdow will get partial custody of his daughter making the Gov. claim of no standing to bring the case all but moot. They could let the ruling stand in the west, grant review to hear it, or reverse it without hearing it.
