Davis just has to lose the recall vote, meaning he has to win 51% to stay in office. The candidates on the second question just have to get a majority of the votes...meaning the vote could be so split up that a candidate could win with 40% or less.
That means that the candidate below would actually "win" with fewer votes than Davis would get.
Howabout that for a democracy?
There are more registered Dems in this state. Unfortunately some will be voting against Davis.
Is that the main thing thats fueling Arnold's rise? I know with all the cars in California that would be some real money but don't those morons realize it will have to be made up somewhere else?
